This course lays a foundation for hope. Using the GROW model, a widely recognised coaching framework, you will clarify your goal while honestly assessing your current situation. You will also identify potential obstacles and brainstorm creative options to map a way forward. You will build supportive routines that will support a growing sense of hope.
This course is ideal for anyone with a goal who needs help getting started. It lays the foundation for the PERMA course.

Meaningful goals should be clear, realistic, and SMART to create direction and motivation.
